Services

The Flying Cat Academy is here to enable students to overcome reading and writing problems. To achieve this goal, a range of services are offered:

  • individual tutoring using the Dyslexia Training Institute program and Orton-Gillingham teaching methods

  • literacy plan consultation for schools

  • Flying Cat Dyslexia trainer program to educators/parents who want to learn how to teach using the Orton-Gillingham method and an effective reading remediation program

  • Educational Zoom events on topics related to teaching literacy and dyslexia

  • Shawna Audet's "Let's Talk Literacy" blog

  • free guided lessons so that all students have access to proper reading remediation instruction
